Export License Control
All Harsh Environment Applied Technologies Incorporated products incorporate technologies software and hardware elements that are subject to US Export License Control. These products cannot be exported to foreign countries other than after processing and clearance by US Department of State and Department of Defense.

Additionally it is the policy of the corporation that no military equipment of any kind will be exported or otherwise sold to a Non US government agency unless as part of a program supported by the US military organization to which the technology applies and after the appropriate US export license applications have been approved.

WARNING
All requests for information for restricted night vision, thermal imaging and advanced fusion imaging systems from international trading companies, foreign or domestic, will be reported directly to the FBI.
